At Poussé The Brand, every piece is made-to-order and fulfilled with care through our trusted production partner, Tapstitch. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All items are made-to-order and typically take 2–7 business days to be fulfilled by Tapstitch before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times

U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment (may vary by destination and customs)
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, customs clearance, weather).
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—subscribe to our email list to stay updated.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out with options for reshipping (additional charges may apply).
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping prices.
