At Poussé The Brand, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality apparel and accessories that reflect our values of boldness, expression, and authenticity. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Made-to-Order Policy
Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error occurred in your order.
We will offer replacements or refunds for:

Items that arrive damaged or misprinted

Incorrect items received (wrong size, design, or color)
To request a replacement or refund:

Contact us at info@pousséthebrand.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue

Ensure the item is unworn and unwashed
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
We cannot offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size (please consult our sizing charts)

Orders outside the 7-day window

Sale items or limited-edition drops
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed, as they are sent to production almost immediately via Tapstitch.
